You've seen the TV show, now let us bring the excitement and glamour of come dancing to your event! Your delegates will be trained by our professional dancers in the art of Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha and Jive etc. The teams will then show off their new found dancing prowess in the final “dance off”… Who will be your come dancing champions?
You've seen it on TV and sung along at home and now it's your chance to prove yourself along with your work colleagues. Grab the spotlight in this fabulous corporate interpretation of this hugely popular TV experience. This event offers the dual potential of an afternoon teambuilding activity as well as supplying the evening entertainment for your conference or meeting.
Through the simple process of team members learning to play an instrument and then performing a popular rock tune together as a band, delegates will be coached on how to play their chosen instrument and encouraged to develop their communication, problem solving and team working skills.
Very much in the style of the popular TV show, teams are given a choice of challenges to perform ranging from rebranding the local Italian restaurant to designing and creating a new corporate look for their team. With a choice of 6-8 challenges they will likely work through 2 or 3 of these in an afternoon. On completion of each challenge they must present their idea to the Dragon(s) and make a pitch for as much money as they dare. But can they take the feedback and criticism from the entrepreneurs!?
With a plethora of challenges set around the venue and/or grounds, the overall team challenge is to complete as many as possible in the given time. Ranging from mental and cerebral to physical (although not overtly!) there is a combination of activities to suit everyone in the team. This is a popular activity that is very flexible to suit all venues, group sizes and budgets.
Distinct from our other challenges in that whilst playing as teams, these are challenges for individuals. As such teams must choose the appropriate task for the individual skills within their team and that will involve mental tasks, memory tests, balancing acts and coordination skills. With up to 30 challenges available there is plenty to test the skills of every individual!
