One Team
A building project that requires teams initially to work alone as they construct their part of the contraption using machine rolled paper rods and plastic cable ties – it’s the simplicity of this challenge that makes it work so well. The tricky bit comes when teams have to work together to fit all the parts together into one long run. The end result is often surprising, but always uplifting.
Art in action and in the workplace. This is a superb and very popular painting activity where all teams work together to create a giant work of art. Initially working on their own four canvasses, after completing various challenges to win their paints, the whole thing fits together for a rousing and revealing finale. Truly a matter of seeing the bigger picture!
Why not make your own cocktails? Working in 5 teams as part of the whole cocktail making process, teams must effectively communicate their roles to the rest of the teams whilst they undertake a very specific role within the overall task. The end product requires all teams to work together to create a finished product line with suitable strap lines and marketing.
Teams work together to create the news that is scheduled to go out that evening. Each team represents a different part of the news team, be that the weather or sports department or the reporting teams in Moscow, the Arctic Circle or the Galapagos Islands! We supply a fully stocked workshop so they can build their own mini sets plus a great range of props. An anchorman ties it all together.
