One Team Spirit

One Team Spirit is an original event concept, which uses classic cocktail making and wine tasting skills as a vehicle to embrace business solutions. Strong skills in communication, negotiation and co-operation are required to accomplish the One Team Spirit challenge.

Teams are tasked with the challenge as one group to create a range of cocktails, representing the character of the group, or you could say "the spirit of the company"! Each individual team is required to create a different drink, which must be identifiable as part of the global range. Our experts will give the teams an introductory talk in the skills required for blending flavours and balancing ingredients, taking into account factors such as aroma, taste and longevity.

The group is divided into 5 teams each representing a part of the overall global company:

• The Makers decide the cocktail recipe and ingredients
• The Designers' role is to come up with a name for each of the cocktails and to design and make the labels for the bottles
• The Mixology team provides the mixology expertise
• The Finance Team controls the budgets
• The Messenger team binds it all together

Along with assistance and ingredients from a fully stocked bar and greengrocery, participants can buy and prepare all the base ingredients and elements they need - provided they execute careful budget management along the way! Available as either an alcoholic or non alcoholic event to suit your requirements.
