Case Study for Newscast 2015

Following a fantastic film making event for 200 the previous year this London based, internationally renowned, consultancy company clearly enjoyed the creative experience of film making but needed something a bit different that also required teams to work together as well as focus on their objectives for 2015.

After discussions it was proposed that teams should work together to create their own version of the news. With each team representing part of the news team such as sport, weather and finance we topped that up with reports from around the world and had teams in Moscow, Hawaii and the Arctic Circle! Greenwich University was the venue and proved to be a superb location for the event.

In total we worked with 20 teams and made full use of all the facilities of the university and the Thames on what proved to be a gloriously sunny day. To help (or maybe hinder!) each team was given a feature prop be that a penguin suit, a Darth Vader costume or even a bowling ball costume and were required to set their story around that prop. In addition we supplied a vast array of generic costumes and props plus a set workshop where they could create their own backdrop for the shoot.

Why not let the client have the last word on this novel and fully participative event that combines creativity and ingenuity with design and build to create one seamless project:

“Friday went so well - and I have only heard positive things about the afternoon activity. The newscast CD is such a great thing to have for future events/activities. Thank you for all the hard work.”
