Many team-building games focus on team v team, which makes for a great competitive fun event. However what can you do if you particularly want to promote the principle of "one company, one team"? Try this idea.
Working initially as separate teams to paint a canvass of a picture based on a Picasso, Miro or Dali, teams soon realise that the real challenge is to work closely with all surrounding teams to effectively re-create a masterpiece of epic proportions. The final "Masterpiece" is usually good enough to hang in the foyer and truly promotes the One Company-One Team philosophy.
This is a superb "hands-on" event involving inter-team co-operation, design skills and teamwork to create the ultimate "work of art"!
Testimonial :
"I thought your team very energetic and professional and the mix of activities within Masterpiece (brainteasers, drawing, painting) appealed to an inevitably diverse audience. We were very pleased with the final picture and are in the process of getting it recreated in the office, as it will act as a constant reminder to the team of what can be achieved by working together and communicating effectively.
