Introduction

Ice Breaker activities, games or group Energisers are a cost effective way to kick start a meeting, training day or conference. Ice Breakers can be used first thing in the morning or just after lunch to liven up the audience! We have a selection of fun Ice Breaker activities listed below and are happy to talk to you about creative Icebreaker ideas and exercises for your corporate event. Body Percussion

Unique amongst Ice Breaker games this event involves an experienced body percussionist who teaches all delegates the art of creating music by just using their bodies. This skill is fun to learn and makes a great Icebreaker activity that requires no equipment and involves everybody no matter what age or physical ability.

Self-Propelled Vehicle

If you're looking for ice breakers that develop team creativity then self-Propelled Vehicle is ideal. Teams have to create a self-propelled vehicle from the assorted collection of boxes, paper plates, string, sellotape, rods, rubber bands and balloons. After a prescribed time to build we hold the grand finale to see which "vehicle" can go the furthest. It is not a given that all will move forward!

Challenge 100

With up to 100 Ice Breaker activities and Energisers that have to be performed throughout the session this really is the ultimate challenge for your team! Tasks break down into different sections and encompass out of the box quick icebreaker games, team tasks, solution seeking Ice Breaker exercises as well as manual building tasks. Challenge 100 works as well for 45 minutes as 3 hours.

Egg Launch

This is a creative and fun Ice Breaker activity using bamboo, canes, string, paper cups, bungee, sellotape and ingenuity. This activity requires teams to construct a free standing launcher capable of throwing an egg as far as possible. The team that throws the furthest is the winner.

Film Making

One of our most challenging Ice Breaker activities, this exercise involves creating your own 30-second promotional advert within the hour using the available props and a lot of patience and ingenuity. The film can be used to promote a business message/product/department, resulting in this being one of the most thought provoking of our group Energisers and Ice Breakers.

Paper Projects

A building based Ice Breaker game. This task requires teams to create a crane to lift a prescribed weight with no outside assistance using machine rolled paper rods and cable ties, making it one of our most challenging icebreaker ideas!

Giraffe

One of our most fun Ice Breaker activities, this task revolves around creating the tallest giraffe from newspaper and sellotape! It's just amazing what happens with this activity and we often see bodies being used as well as hat stands and anything else that happens to be in the room, making this one of Kaleidoscope's most creative Icebreaker games or Energisers!

Rocket

Another one of our creative and fun Ice Breaker exercises - using a plastic water bottle, bicycle pump, propulsion and an element of science, to launch a rocket to hit the target or as close as you can get.

Line Dancing

If you're looking for quick Ice Breakers which invoke great team spirit, Line Dancing may be the answer. Angelique and Geoff in full US of A cowboy gear will take you through the basic steps and have the whole group swinging together within 30 minutes. Ice Breaker activities don't come more team spirited than this!

Juggling

With a little help from an expert you too will be juggling with 3 balls at the end of this Ice Breaker game. A great skill that you can take home with you which will impress the family and friends!

Quiz

Perfect for team Ice Breakers and Energisers, quizzes are quick fire, simple and effective. Questions can be included about your business message for the day if required. The quiz can also include music rounds, trivia, sport and general knowledge.

Haka

As Energisers go, Haka is fabulously lively and visual. Each table will be given a tribal pack containing grass skirt and tribal war paint. Selected guests are encouraged to wear their tribal markings with pride! We invite select tables up to perform in a head to head tribal battle.this encourages a little healthy competition, before building towards the final part of the Icebreaker where the whole group 'HAKA'.
