Teambuilding has seen a rapid increase in the UK in the last 10 years and has become a popular way to motivate staff, improve communications and generally develop stable and effective teams within a fun environment.
Over the years team sizes have however become smaller and this has given rise to an increasing requirement for local suppliers for events that can entertain groups from 6 – 50. The days of the big corporate fun days have given over to the individual departmental away day.
And this is where the Kaleidoscope franchise and you come in! We want to be able to offer a nationwide service to all of our clients and that does not prove easy from a central office. By developing a network of local franchisees we can offer a much more cost effective and efficient service i.e less travel costs and time, better local knowledge etc.

- Facilitating “ski slalom ” on a teamwork challenges day
- Adjudicating a frenetic Cerebration event
- Coordinating corporate parties or fun days
- Helping with conference ice breakers or energisers
- Running a quiz or a murder mystery evening
- Sourcing theming for a Hollywood Nights party.
It’s a fun, hands-on job with lots of rewards; remember, you are motivating people on a regular basis and your own motivation and sense of achievement comes very much from seeing those people have a good time and mainly due to your efforts!
