We are at present looking for an Event Coordinator to join the team here at Kaleidoscope. The job is based at our offices in Oxfordshire and involves working directly with the Managing Director to research, coordinate and manage all sorts of events such as:

- Conference ice breakers

- Family Fun Days

- Parties

- Team Building activities

- Venue Finding

You will be required to help in the office as well as out and about on events around the UK as required.

You will need to be able to fulfil the following requirements:

  • Fully PC literate
  • Numerate
  • Flexible working hours including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organised, tidy and professional in administrative matters
  • Good sense of humour
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service
  • Personable, with an innate ability to build relationships with clients

You do not necessarily have to have worked within the business but it might be an advantage.

This is a great opportunity to work within a fun, fast moving and lively industry with a well established event management company.
